Taste & Treat Passport

This November, explore Little Italy, support local businesses and enter for your chance to win with the Little Italy Taste & Treat Passport.

From November 1 to November 30, 2026, participating visitors can pick up an official physical Passport from select Little Italy businesses, collect stamps as they shop and dine, and submit their completed Passport for a chance to win one of three prize packages valued at a combined $800.

How It Works

Pick up an official Taste & Treat Passport from a participating Little Italy business.

Make qualifying purchases and collect four different stamps from four different participating businesses. Duplicate stamps from the same business will count as one stamp.

Once you have collected all four stamps, submit your entry through the official online form before the contest closes.

Participants must keep their original physical Passport until winner verification and prize distribution are complete.

A total of $800 in gift cards from participating Little Italy BIA businesses will be awarded across three prize packages:

Grand Prize — Ultimate Little Italy Experience
$400 total value
Second Prize — Little Italy Foodie Experience
$250 total value

Who Can Enter

The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees and representatives of the Little Italy BIA board and organizing committee are not eligible to participate.

Official Contest Rules

Organizer & Sponsor
The Little Italy Taste & Treat Passport contest is organized and sponsored by the Little Italy Business Improvement Area (BIA).
Contest Period
The contest runs from November 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST to November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST. All stamps must be acquired and submissions completed within this timeframe.
Eligibility
The contest is open exclusively to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees or representatives of the Little Italy BIA board and organizing committee are ineligible to participate.
How to Participate & Stamp Collection
To enter, participants must pick up an official physical Passport from a participating business, make qualifying purchases, and collect four distinct stamps from four different participating businesses in Little Italy. Duplicate stamps from the same business count as one stamp.

Participants must retain their original physical Passport until prize distribution and winner verification are complete.
Entry Submission Guidelines
Entries must be submitted through the official online portal on the BIA website before the contest deadline. Required fields include full name, email address, phone number, unique Passport number, Ontario residency confirmation, and age confirmation (18+).
Participants must upload clear photographs or scans of the Passport cover and the completed stamp page (supported formats: JPG, PNG, PDF; max file size 10 MB each).
Prizes & Structure
A total of $800 in prizes composed of gift cards from participating Little Italy BIA businesses will be awarded across three prize packages:
- Grand Prize: Ultimate Little Italy Experience ($400 total value)
- Second Prize: Little Italy Foodie Experience ($250 total value)
- Third Prize: Taste & Treat Package ($150 total value)
Winner Selection & Verification
Three potential winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries following the contest close. Potential winners will be notified by email and phone and must respond within five (5) business days of contact.

To claim a prize, selected participants must present their original physical Passport for verification. Failure to respond within five business days or present the physical Passport will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be drawn.
Privacy & Data Handling
Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for contest administration, eligibility verification, and prize distribution. Participant data will not be shared or used for marketing unless the participant explicitly consents via the optional newsletter opt-in checkbox. All submitted files and data will be stored securely and destroyed after the mandatory administrative retention period.
